He apologized saying he did not know the top floor had not been done to standard but that he is a man of his word and this falls within the guarantee all his customers have. It was such relief as I was concerned I would have to haggle as I've had to do in the past albeit not with Surrey Roofing Specialists. In all it was a pleasant experience and I'm confident the balcony will be repaired in the not too distant future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

Repairing guttering

Carl was on time and the price charged was reasonable. He identified the issue, and was resolved in around 20 minutes.
